Terms & Conditions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

The App stores your content only on your device. By using the App, you expressly understand and accept that:

• We do not maintain copies of your documents on any server — you are solely responsible for backing up important files
• If you forget your Secure Vault PIN and your security answers, there is no backdoor or reset mechanism — protected files cannot be recovered
• Uninstalling the app permanently erases all data it stored on your device

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Process, store, or distribute illegal content
• Use the Secure Vault or other protection features to further criminal activity
• Systematically scrape or convert copyrighted web content you have no rights to
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its services

We may cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement; however, data stored locally on your device cannot be accessed or decrypted by us remotely.

The App's architecture, code, interfaces, algorithms, and designs are the exclusive property of Akshay Savaliya. You may not create derivative works without written permission. Content you create or store using the App remains your property.

The App integrates services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google ML Kit, Google Play In-App Review. Each is governed by its own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for those services. How they handle data is described in the App's Privacy Policy.

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of the products or services they promote. How advertising data is handled is described in the App's Privacy Policy.

We may update, change, or discontinue the App (or any feature of it) at any time without notice. Updates may be required for the App to keep working correctly. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akshay Savaliya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, or reputational harm — arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, including damages resulting from forgotten credentials or inaccuracies in AI-powered features. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and uninstall it.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
